More photographes of the finished Dall Street Resident's Association Project. Here we show the final photos of project in her much deserved state.

Thanks to Steve & Vanessa Robinson from Pennine Property Management, and their work force, Simon, Dave and Gaz, also representatives from our Association for their hard work and commitment on our project to transform this property from simply bare bricks to this rather impressive loved family home.

The approximate cost is £15,500 from start to completion of the project, this shows Burnley Council, their planners & partners, etc and Elevate what can be achieved with just a small propotion of the money it would cost to simply ride a bulldozer through her in the Councils plans to demolish excellent structual properties in the Burnley Wood area such as our Dall Street Project. The approximate cost for the Council to compulsory purchase and ride the dreaded bulldozer through her would be in the region of £70-£75,000 !

This shows we can totally refurbish nearly 5 terraced properties for the cost of one CPO (compulsory purchase order) and its demolition to our projects standard.

Surely this isn't rocket science, Councillors, Elevate, powers that be.... Please take notice of what can be achieved to our much loved terraced properties and their heritage for such a small proportion of the CPO monies.
